Wish granted, but now it goes so fast that it creates a tear in the fabric of space-time. Antimatter starts to seep through the tear, and the first thing it comes into contact with is you. Antimatter, being antimatter, promptly annihilates every atom in your body, creating a massive nuclear explosion with each destruction. The repeated explosions quickly tear through the house and surrounding area, also creating a massive cavern below where you, when you existed, were standing. Antimatter is also blown around by these explosions, and in a matter of minutes the nation is destroyed. Parts of the mantle are quickly becoming visible with each subsequent nuclear-force explosion, soon to be eradicated by more antimatter as it makes its way to the core. The center of our planet doesn't stand a chance, as it is annihilated as well, bringing about the complete and utter annihilation of Earth. The moon follows shortly thereafter, and from there the rest of the Solar System falls prey as well in just a few months. The explosion of the Sun triggered by antimatter greatly accelerates this process. Eventually, all matter in the universe is destroyed...
