Wow i didnt though you arent using a Vcam, so youre moving all the scenario the oposite direction the character does?
And, using images havent raised the project file size?

27
What?
The second law of thermodynamics is an expression of the universal principle of decay observable in nature. This decay is measured and expressed in terms of a physical property called entropy, stating that the entropy of an isolated system can never decrease. It will tend to increase over time if not at thermodynamic equilibrium, reaching a maximum value when equilibrium is reached.
Entropy is a macroscopic property of a system that is a measure of the microscopic disorder within the system.
So in other words, everything is condemded to total decay over time. AKA everything goes to waste sooner or later and video games arent the exception.

It seems that the universe's entrophy is growing bigger and bigger... damn second thermodynamic law!

Hey JKB, i have some technical questions about the game (answer only if you want)
-At which frameskip are you running your project?
-Are you using images to build the maps or making symbols with tiles on them
-Are you using a Vcam

i aks because a couple of days i was still unsure if such a game could be done in flash, but since i attempted to do it myself, now i beliebe hence my questions, once i got it more solid ill upload it for you guys... oh what the hell, here:
http://www.4shared.com/video/O1iy15Ix/RockManXU1.html

the controls are:
num pad1=shot
num pad0=jump
num pad3=dash
num pad5=change player(its a little buggy when you try to change from zero to x, so try pressing the attack button also, it should work)
The buster is intentionally made the way it is.

Rigth now im only working on the physics, any comments are welcome.

Well it depends, as is shown in MMZX, serpent went mad after discovering the biometal w, so heres 2 options:
1.-asuming serpent is human, it would had to be quickier, otherwise in MMZX he would be much older than he looked in the past.
2.-Hes a reploid (or a humanoid), which is the most likely, that would give her time to do her research and it gives room for the events that led to her vanish...

NARRATOR: 20XX. A new robot illness, Roboenza, has begun to spread rapidly around the world, causing robots to malfunction. Many humans find it impossible to complete even simple tasks without their robot helpers, and without assistance, no one can develop a proper cure. A month following the outbreak, the situation worsens. The infection robots turn violent and attempt to take over the world!

Might as well be a little modification by wily...

Being normal is too boring.

Oh for gods sake, havent you played megaman battle and chase and listened to what the chars say???
When the reporter girl  (the one that is a secret char) interviews protoman before a race he says: no comentoda. Which is the spelling of "no comments".
Which in place seemed a good phrase to say after a certain someone beated the [parasitic bomb] out of me, see?

...Can I please beat the crap out of this n00b?  I have a giant brass pillow filled with steel with his name on it, or I go traditional with my old Z-Saber.
The Z-saber would be the right choice of course.

Zero's origins sparked a somewhat popular/infamous hypothesis among fans (popularized by the sprite comic Bob and George as "The Cataclysm") that Zero would have been responsible for eliminating much of the cast from the original series, explaining their absence in the Mega Man X series. This speculation was finally put to rest in 2008 when Keiji Inafune outright stated in Capcom Unity that Zero did not kill them, and that is not how he created the character and his profile.

Another reason for  the details to be more difficult to make.
Then, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!!!!  T_T T_T

Oh for the love of, the Classic series is a game series for kids, do you really expect some kind of profound plot just because it started it all?  Are you kidding me?  The connections are implied in the X series you don't need to look to the past for that every game is resolved in the future.  Also there is source material that fills in the gaps, I have no idea where the heck it is but their there.  So stop trying to find what should be obvious and play the games for the fun of it not just the story.

All you need is the very sexellent Blues to keep you going...well as long as he doesn't kick the bucket anytime soon which'll probably be never since he's an awesome character.
And that's exactly why it will never be an actual link, it would be too hard (for not saying cruel), to tell what becomes of all chars, it is obious that wily activated zero, otherwise he shouldmt have know his wild nature, therefoe never implanted his virus to keep him at bay, that being the case it would mean that zero destroyed (or at least almost) megaman or maybe wily, so hes obligated to make the virus and put him is stasis, but the questions remains, what happnes to the rest of the chars? my guess is that all died by the hands of zero, but then again, thats the reason they will never tell taht in a game to much horror for little kids XD
