So, why do all most superheroes/ heroes wear frikkin' speedos on top of their..uniform?
Like Batman, Superman, Ironman, ROCKman etc etc Is it some kind of mutual recognition sign or something? Someone else ever asked themselves why?

I found this megaman x5 back cover on one of my brother's CDs. And I thought it was so awesome I needed to share it for the fun.
