No. Let's be real here. How much is it really going to change before release? A few textures or effects, a few bugs ironed out maybe, but entire chunks of level design? Core gameplay segments?

This isn't pre-alpha. The game comes out in like what, 2 months? A month and a half?

What we see here is indicative of what we will see at release. It is representative of the final product. They wouldn't promote it otherwise...

Let's not excuse this just because "oh well it's still a work in progress"

Also, holy cow at Peter Von Gomm. I know he only had one line but it was just enough to give me hope that he might actually do Copen justice! And this is suppose to be the same guy that did X and Grey?!  :O now I wanna hear Katie Adler as Lola... <w<

Pyrogen has little to no tells when he preforms his attacks, both use the same animation and it's really hard to tell if he's going to shoulder rush/explode you or jump.

Yeah from what I saw of the beta Pyrogen just plain sucks, his cues are actually audio cues but they get drown out during the mid boss dialog.

I keep seeing this everywhere and wondering why people keep thinking like this. Are they not paying attention to him before his attacks? Maybe it's the fact that he has audio cues that's actually encouraging players to not pay as much attention to his visual cues, but he does have them. Go watch some gameplay from someone else and you'll see it.

If he leans down and puts his hand to the ground, he's going to do a straight charge.
When he raises his arms up? He's going to body slam.
Is he pounding his fists together? It's his explosion move.

Haven't I mentioned this before?  :|

I can't say anything about his insta-kill move or any of the other bosses until I've actually played myself, but I know for sure he doesn't have just audio-cues.

All the Bosses should also have visual cues along with the audio cues, Pyrogen at least does. The audio cues are just more noticeable so you end up focusing on them.

The only way to dodge it without prevasion is to jump behind him. But he raises his sword up to do it, so you think that would hurt you. It doesn't.

Try shooting him with a rapid fire weapon like the cerberus as he's charging at you.

I like how asymmetrical his design is in some areas. :3

Almost like when he's absorbing other robots and replacing parts he gets something different every time. It'd be neat if his stage involved him hiding in the background shadows, moving around so you can't get a good look at him and taking out certain enemies ahead of you in the stage. Depending on which one's he takes out, he'll have different abilities when you fight him, but you can manage what powers he gets by getting to those enemies first!

Also like the idea in concept phase 3 where he has a scarf, or some kind of tail like extrusion that functions has his primary method of absorbing robots. Kind of like a certain dbz character? >.w.>

And those green chest lights look like another Kill La Kill inspired detail. 8D

And another thing, the game hasn't been in production since the last post. Because SOMEBODY never helped me finish the 4 new levels for the game.

Ah, so that's what happened to this project. o^o` Sorry stuff didn't work out, I really liked this idea.
Was the person who couldn't help anymore a coder or something? It's really hard to find people that know how to code stuff. =w=`;
