*There is at least over 70 characters in the game
*Super Saiyan 4 Goku, Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta, and Super 17 are in the game (SSJ4 Vegeta is a pre-order bonus for the Day One Edition)
*Jaco the Space Patrol Police from the manga created by Akira Toriyama will be in all regions of the game
*Saiyan CaCs can go up to SSJ2, cannot go to SSJ3 (devs mention it will be their next challenge... possible sequel in the future?)
*Local 1v1 battles only for Multiplayer, no split screen, and online has 3v3 and 2v2 matches

Character Passive Abilities
EARTHLINGS (HUMANS)
Balance stats for both offense and defense.
Ki refills automatically and attacks rises when maxed.
All in all the Earthlings are the well-rounded race, no real strength or weakness, but I do like the "Ki Refills automatically" part as it points out to an Android/Cyborg-like feature for the Earthlings, so we kinda got an Android character on top of Humans.
SAIYANS
A warrior tribe that has low health but high attack power.
Attack power rises when health is low, and all stats rise after reviving.
Males have better attack power but low health while Females have higher health but lower attack power. (From what I recall from the Network Test)
NAMEKIANS
Low attack, but high health and Stamina refills quickly.
Items are more effective than other races and health is regenerated when low.
MAJINS
High defense but slow Stamina recovery. Defense bonus
when Stamina is maxed. Stats differ by gender.
Males have more health, but lower movement speed.
Females have higher movement speed, but lower health.
FRIEZA RACE
No information on this race's passive abilities yet or their official name for the game. Everything is currently unknown on this one.

Not going to lie, been looking forward to this game; purely on the character creation aspect totally going to make Blue and some of the other WilyRP characters when I get the chance.
Wonder if I should make Blue human or Sayian though, Hmm... 8D
Also yeah not really seeing the comparison with Rockman X-over, ones a terrible side scrolling app game the other is a 3D fighting game. :\

But yeah, I plan to make my set of Saiyan brother and sister pair, an Android-looking female Earthling, a female Majin, and the Namekian and Frieza Race character for CaC.
Oh yeah forgot to mention there's RPG aspect of the game as you level up your CaC, in face everyone levels together at the same time, and when your CaC levels up you can use distribution points to their stats to increase their abilities even further making them stronger in some area like high HP and Attack Power, but low Defense as you didn't increase it at all. Max level goes beyond Level 60 and it seems like CPU will level along with the Player so it's even playing field it seems I believe I've heard.
Also upon making your CaC there's an option that ask if you prefer Close-Range Combat with melee attacks, Long-Range Combat with special attacks, or a Balance of the two to decide what areas of strength your CaC has in terms of fighting.

It seems more or less to confirm that Legendary Super Saiyan Broly will be in the game as well, but ever since his appearance in the games have become paramount what DBZ game since he first appeared in the 3D ones has he NOT appeared in once?

The Frieza Race CaC official name in the game is "The Frieza Race"... quite the copout, but oh well. Their Ki-Based Attacks are high as well as having a higher resistance to Ki-Based Attacks as well, but have a weak melee base power. They are also good good a quick movement and interference in battle.

There is an unlockable costume of his though. Not sure if it's out yet but I saw some video where a guy was pulling files from the game and it was there.

Super Sayian 4 Gogeta and Omega Shenron are confirmed to be in the game! And what's this? Is this the Demon God that Mira and Towa works... and the great and terrible Demigra?! An original villain for Xenoverse, just what is his ultimate goal for the Dragon Ball World?
Not only that! Vegeta is a member of the Ginyu Force?! Venyu Force...?
Also Gohan, Gotenks, and Vegeta have turned fiendish and you must defeat them to return them to there senses!
Japan will get the game February 5th while the US and UK recently got delayed a work further to iron out some localization issues (most likely occurring the English voiceovers, Jaco the Space Policeman (legal issue I suspect are in order to bring him to the West first), more touch up on the Online Play) and will come out February 24th for the US and 27th for the UK.

It's weird that there are any GT characters in this game, since it's based off of the story that Toriyama wrote for Dragon Ball Online. Toriyama doesn't acknowledge GT in his work. This decision may have been out of his hands, though, since the publisher probably thought the fans would complain if GT characters were left out. I personally think they should have left GT out and put SSJ3 in, but that's just me.

That all may be true, but Toriyama disregarded GT when writing the story for Dragon Ball Online and will continue to disregard it in the new Dragon Ball series he's currently developing. He may have designed SSJ4, but that doesn't mean he considers GT part of his Dragon Ball universe--which he clearly doesn't. He calls it a side story in the same realm as fan fiction.

But other than that... it was Kid Goku Gets the Dragonballs again IN SPACE!!!, Revenge of the Garlic Jr. Saga except Garlic Jr. is now a cyborg Tuffle who is also a gary stu, who has his possession thing (Because nothing says great story like turning the entire beloved side cast of DB and DBZ evil and loyal to the villain) completely wiped away by the exact same thing as it was in Garlic Jr (Being the Sacred Water in the 7 air currents), and Android 17 becomes some sort of strange thing and is evil again... for like 7 episodes before kaboom.
Its really not good except for maybe the ending (By that I mean the last minute or something) and the OP.

Super 17 is probably the most blatantly recycled arc past the first, ripping the idea straight out of the movie Super Android 13
Though I will stand by the opinion that the Dragons themselves as a final boss for the series is still a great idea.

You'd be surprised how many people liked GT or mostly their characters from GT which a LOT of people hammered about for years wanting their back in another good DBZ game.
True there were some elements in GT that were neat idea, but it was poorly executed.

Possibly, but with Battle of Gods and the 12 Universes it's possible GT exist or elements of GT existing in another universe. AT kinda destroyed the concept of "canon" with BoG story... I guess he's trying to appease all fans so in a sense "GT" exist in another universe.

I agree GT was pretty much [parasitic bomb]. But I also agree the ending was pretty well done. It felt fitting for the series, more so than the manga's where nothing really ended.
A lot of the GT concepts were pretty good, but really badly executed. It is also funny how the filler authors had a better grasp of what powers and techniques existed in the story than Toriyama (who was constantly forgetting things existed).

Yeah, I always wonder why she didn't appeared in DBZ except the final battle against Kid Buu with the Spirit Bomb where Goku asked for help. She did appear briefly there.
Still in Xenoverse you can dress up your CaC as Launch so in a way Launch is back in DBZ. ^_^

If that was the case they wouldn't be able to show Bulma's mom either. Heck 18 shouldn't have been blond if that was the case.
No I think the guns were the reason she was written out. Dragon Ball Z just couldn't get away with the insane crap Dragon Ball did, not to mention the tone is pretty different from the 2 series. For gods sake Bulma was in a bunny suit for an extended period of time.

To be fair I thought you meant he neglected to write stuff for her, not literally forgetting about her existence. I mean look at the rest of the Z fighters, most of them besides Krillen and Piccolo were just there to get their asses kicked before the Saiyans showed up.

That's also the reason why there aren't many romantic scenes. He doesn't know how to make them.
Vegeta and Bulma's chemistry is probably the closest the series has had to a believable romance. As dysfunctional as their relationship is, they definitely fit well together.

My idea of a female Super Sayian would be her hair turning pure white and if her hair is short the hair grows. That's my idea anyway, I just wouldn't like the idea of a woman's hair becoming spiky, especially if her hair was already long.
But of course it would never happen, and even then there was that one video game recently with a female saiyan with blond spiky hair anyway.
Regardless it's kind of sad that Toriyama limitations really got in the way of some much potential, but then again Dragon Ball Z didn't turn out too bad despite it.

I find his human designs to be alright but very samey, his monster and alien designs are always nice however.
On the plus side it seems super sayians for custom characters just have their hair go blonde and not change to that super spiky style they typically go for.

Basically most of the male characters he designs, whether it's from Chrono Trigger or Dragon Quest, look like a variation of Goku or Piccolo/Vegeta. XD

Back then probably, but look at the Dragon Quest games.
Especially 4, he designed a belly dancing purple hair Middle Eastern black mage that specializes in fire attacks and debuffs that lives in a continent full of people speaking in french accents, a fortune telling white mage twin sister, and a badass small Russian princess who's main weapon are claws, when she's not equipped with earrings that attack twice or a whip that attacks everything.
Then in 5 he made a tomboyish blond hair girl who again specializes in fire and in the DS version he made a prima donna black haired girl who's like a slightly weaker version of the aforementioned Russian princess. There's also the prima donna's twin sister, but she's kind more bland compared to the other 2, more of a sickingly sweet house wife. And you can chose to marry any of the 3 there.
So yeah Toriyama can certainly draw women, he just can't draw the actions between them unfortunately.

Oh wait I made a mistake, the dancing lady only has one debuff spell, the other white mage has the debuffs. Her other specialty is Michael Bay Explosions magic that attacks everything even if the enemies are in different groups.

Hiromu Arakawa, the creator of FMA (Fullmetal Alchemist), created a few other titles. Those character designs look nearly identical to FMA.

Pretty sure same face syndrome is a problem that afflicts most manga artist styles. It also seems like most artists are aware of it and just don't care.

I'm pretty sure he's on his way to retirement. He's been drawing manga since the 80s after all.
As for art evolution, hell you can see that in Dragonball, in the first series the lines are softer and stuff is typically rounder, it gets sharper and pointier as Z era stuff progresses.

To be fair, a Super Saiyan isn't just spiky, blond hair, and green eyes. They have a particularly intimidating presence as well, which Toriyama feels easier to draw with muscular men. The drawings posted are in typical Toriyama style, which features girls with little to no muscles--which showcases the weakness of his style. He can't draw muscles on women. They all look the same, whether they're supposed to fighters or just normal women. Case in point: Videl has been a martial artist her entire life and yet her physique is exactly the same as her friend Erasa, who has never fought or trained a day in her life. The same can be said with Pan and Bra.

Yet, Kid Trunks and Kid Goten are also saiyans with very little muscle mass. I mean, you do see some muscles, but they still look like shrimps. They never appeared intimidating to me.

You know this is a pretty good deal! For almost $10 you get a bunch loads of content and by getting the Season Pass you save about $6 on each Pack compared to what other companies do (like BlazBlue for $10 for one character or Dead or Alive 5 with their Costume prices... *shudders*) this is a welcome change.
I know people have mixed feelings about DLC, but I prefer getting extra content like this when they didn't have enough time to finalize all of the data for the extra characters and content that have planned and they plan to support the game for a year. Honestly I'm glad we're getting more stuff! ^_^

Looks OK, but could've been better. I wouldn't have mind if the CaC would be in the animated intro by from the various artworks on all the races and it distorts to each version in the end as they get ready to fight, kinda like how Namco X Capcom did with the various cast going for one final attack in the intro.

Agreed. I remember the first time I got my hands on a Japanese one, the movie Wrath of the Dragon, and I heard Goku trying to open the box. I was like what the hell am I watching? Is this legit? It was so weird.
Honestly it's only because they kept the same voice actor from his child appearance in Dragon Ball to his adult one. It's really odd honestly. Most anime would have changed it, especially today.

What no playable Oolong? This game sucks.
Character selection seems pretty decent. A little surprised Cell was light on forms where Frieza and Buu had more. Was expecting GT alt costumes since apparently movie variants are in for some characters.
I also find it interesting the only blatantly non-canon character to make it in (exempting GT) was Broly. He's just so badass that they had to include him.

Actually not all of them, the creator of the video accidentally edit a few of them out by mistake. One of them is Raditz's Ultimate and the Super Spirit Bomb is part of the first DLC Pack but you can use the normal Spirit Bomb (Small and Large versions) as Supers.

Only less than 3 days until the game comes out! (Well some stores, like my GameStop already has the game, but won't break street date unless some stores like others in other region do)
With some of the information I've gotten and with our CaC's max level being 80 with 237 Skill Points in total to add to your stats I already know what build I will be going for my Male Saiyan and Earthling CaCs will have.
Also I plan to do some Streaming on the game (first time for me, already did a test run on FFXIV to see if everyone is fine and setup right to broadcast) and with the Open Broadcast Software and ElgatoHD (which I ordered and will be at my doorsteps either this Sunday or Monday) so I'll record my streams and later put them on YouTube for others to watch later. I hope some of you guys will be there.

It's a DAMN shame they couldn't get the original voices for GT Goku and Baby/Bebi... I'm not feeling it with those characters. Cell has some legitimately hilarious dialogue as a mentor. I recommend going for Z rank. He gives some neat techniques too.

PS3 version runs pretty well minus some rare dips in FPS when theres full teams of 3v3. Certainly doesn't become unplayable though, big issue at the moment is the servers; apparently more people bought this game than they thought. Hopefully thats fixed soon.
Also my character can take on 100% Frieza, Perfect Cell, and Kid Buu at once now and not get slaughtered! 8D
Edit: Mentor Perfect Cell has the best Z rank quote ever.

Well after seeing SSJG Goku I'm not surprised, I was expecting something like this.
Was hoping for something a little different with Frieza at least.
I've grown to appreciate SSJG form and its simple take, but to me SSJ4 will always be the best SSJ transformation of all times.

It's not even a good recolour either, it's like Freiza showed up at the Dragon Ball Halloween party and went "Hey look at my super sayian cosplay!" and the whole cast just sorta chuckled awkwardly.

I believe the official website and twitter and other official sources confirm this is indeed Frieza's "God" form for the new movie. I need to look for the sources, but this is Frieza's "new form" in the movie.

Battles in-game are becoming incredibly frustrating, not sure if its lack of skill/levels on my part or the AI being a little too snuggly with the explosion evasive technique, mobbing me when I try to eliminate a guy (Happens a lot in the mission where you gotta beat up Frieza's Goons, when Goku!Ginyu, Jeice and Burter show up.) or Super Armor bullshit. Also apparently everybody but me knows how to throw things, and from the looks of it that's not something I can find in the controls, which speaking of those the 360 controller D-pad can go [tornado fang] itself, when I want to use the scouter half the time that [tornado fang]ing thing brings up the mission summary screen or the preset chat (which I'll never use because lolOnline) or the Battle items thing, which of course I barely remember I have considering how little I use it.
I'm sorry, I don't get Super Armor, in fact I flinch at every [tornado fang]ing Ki blast tossed at me unless I'm moving towards them.
Level 29, everybody's tossing missions at me that are too tough currently, I can't find any new teachers since I finished with Krillin (Both Vegeta and Piccolo were chilling around there, but they went and left after I beat Frieza.)
Also another nitpick, why the hell do missions that take place after a string of cutscenes INCLUDE THE [tornado fang]ing CUTSCENES AGAIN if you fail? Just toss me back at the beginning of the fight, [tornado fang]ing hell.

^You can change the controller type for the button layout if the default one isn't working for you.
Also I've read the game gives the AI enemies' Infinite Ki and Stamina to spam with you. Which is utterly messed up.
Super Armor is easy to break as you can spam Ki Blast shots until the Combo Counter pops up allowing you to attack them as their Super Armor is off (it resets in about 10 seconds after it fails).
If you're Level 29 and you're still struggling I suggest leveling up and putting your Attribute points your ideal build for your playstyle (I went with a Ki Blast build for my Saiyan CaC). I beat the game at Level 45 but it's a pain to beat some of the AIs in the game especially during and after the Majin Buu saga which is ridiculous at times.
You can skip the Cutscenes in the game though (but I DO wish to restart at the beginning of the fight instead of going through the Cutscenes again) by pressing the Start/Option (PS4) button.

Yeah, I knew that. Its just its additional loading screens I have to sit through.
Right now I'm tossing attribute points sort of evenly, though I'm going mostly for physical strength, Ki, Ki supers and stamina.
I'm a bit bugged by the drop rates of items in parallel quests, like it doesn't matter if I get the ultimate finish or not because I still get a [acid burst] poor turnout of items.
Speaking of Ultimate finish, is the game sending me to that harder fight random or something? Like for example, the World Martial Arts Tournament Tag team one where you fight Yamcha, Tien and Krillin with Piccolo as the special fight for clearing in under 5 minutes. I can beat that thing in under a minute now, but I don't always get the additional fight, same with the Namek one where you have to find the Dragonballs and beat Guldo to collect all 7 and have Recoome come after you, I can beat Guldo no problem but the game typically never takes me to the next part.
Its worse when I have to do that one where I fight alongside Nappa to defeat Goku, I want to do the part where he goes to the Kaioken X3 so I have a chance of getting that ability but even if Nappa survives with almost full health the game doesn't bring me to the next segment and just ends the fight.

Yeah, not going for everything balanced out, but I'm trying to keep it from being horribly unbalanced. Like I said I'm putting focus in towards stamina, basic attacks, Ki and Ki supers. Health's sort of a non issue considering the only times I'm in need of it are when the AI is wailing on me and physical supers aren't terribly useful.

Putting at least 10 points into Health, Stamina and Ki won't hurt but yeah focus on either physical attacks/Strike Supers or Ki and you'll be much better off.

I have the PC version of this game on Steam and I have yet to ever connect to the servers. Not once. I can use online battles and parallel quests, but I can't ever see anyone else in Toki Toki City. A bit disappointing. :(

I have it via Steam as well. So far, all the attempts to connect to the server have done for me is crash my game.

Its better than the alternative. Which is you being able to play the game online, but immediately get booted off after doing a mission or something when the server has a hiccup. The game doesn't have an actual offline mode except for when the server is down, even in "Single Lobby" mode the game still insists on being somewhat online.
I much prefer being offline anyway, but I can imagine its frustrating for those who bought it to play with others.

I believe so, also Gold and purple is an ugly color scheme though I really hope thats just there to hide his real true form. Because you'd think they would put more effort into this than just recolor him.

I was also disappointed by the new form design. Though I don't think its actually hiding the real true form either.
Think about it this way. God Goku was just a recolor, with a slightly slimmer body. This is a recolor with what looks to be the same build, but if you consider 100% power Frieza is buff then it IS a slimmer body.
I think Toriyama is just going for more simple 'forms' at this point.

Really? The Pan outfit isn't too bad to me honestly, like we got a Teen Pan instead of the 9/10 year old Pan, though the shirt could be closer to the waist.
The Sora outfit in KH2 was funny as it was meant to show his growth and outgrowing his clothes.
Anyway, no comments on the "Golden Frieza" will be a playable character in Xenoverse bit?
On that note, I finally unlocked all the characters on my PS4 copy... collecting those 7 Dragon Balls three times was annoying.

Well maybe an update version of it, have a black shirt underneath or something of an open vest jacket with the same colors of her old shirt and wearing a v-collar shirt underneath and updated jeans and shoes.
Even longer hair, so she looks kinda like Chi-Chi with her hairstyle (granted she is Chi-Chi's granddaughter and I found Chi-Chi's hairstyle from Saiyan to Cell Saga great especially when she let it down compared to her Buu Saga hairstyle... I hated that look personally).
And regarding Golden Frieza, I wanted to hear people's thoughts on him being playable and such... not the fact they're milking him into the game (fans have been asking for RoF Golden Frieza and Costumes from there, though I prefer Goku and Vegeta's new outfits over Gohan's jersey outfit).

Guys, I got some news... there was a special screening of the new DBZ movie, Revival of F, and a lot of info was leaked! Not sure if this is all 100% confirm, but this is what I've heard so far:
MASSIVE SPOILERS!
[spoiler]
*During the battle against Frieza Final Form he is getting his butt handed to him before he transforms into his "Golden Form" and starts winning.
*Golden Frieza has the same weakness as his 100% Final Form as he has an issue with his stamina and it makes it hard for him to control.
*Goku tries to take advantage against Golden Frieza, but gets his guard caught off by Sorbet which allowed Golden Frieza to beat Goku to a bloody pulp.
*Vegeta steps in and gives Goku a Senzu Bean to recover and proceeds to fight Golden Frieza himself and there's a lengthy battle sequence where Vegeta is kicking the snout out of Golden Frieza as Vegeta overpowers him.
*Vegeta nearly wins the battle but Golden Frieza loses his temper and refuses to lose so he does a cheap shot/desperation move where he blows up the Earth killing Vegeta and everyone.
*Goku is the only one to survive because Whis saves him and they watched the battle from the sidelines and Whis made a barrier to protect them.
*Whis uses his "Time Travel" powers to reset time back to 3 minutes before Golden Frieza destroys the Earth.
*Goku then finishes off Golden Frieza with a Full-Power Kamehameha to prevent him from destroying the Earth and sending him back to Hell.
*Also BOTH Goku and Vegeta get a new transformation... a Blue-Hair Super Saiyan form, Goku's hair is blue but in the style of SSJ spike hair and Vegeta is roughly the same.
*Speculation states that both Goku and Vegeta "hold hands(?)" as a new ritual to obtain the new Blue Super Saiyan God form.
*The Red Bull Alien guy is a stronger grunt and Lieutenant of Frieza's army that catches Piccolo off guard and sucker punches him but Piccolo shrugs if off and Gohan comes in and defeats the Red Bull Alien.
*Golden Frieza appears before them and quickly knocks out both Piccolo and Gohan during his fight with Goku
*Vegeta finally becomes stronger than Goku, but we're not sure how much stronger.

So if this "Blue-Hair Super Saiyan God" is a SSJG form, then what was the "Red-Hair Super Saiyan God" form? Some think that form was an "incomplete" form of SSJG and the blue-haired one is the "true" Super Saiyan God.

I'm not exactly sure how to take this... I love DBZ, but I find the movie plot for Revival of F... questionable at times. Also Akira Toriyama's Editor-in-Chief praised him for his work citing it was his best yet and Akira mentions it was very hard to please the man.

Well I'm not sure how 100% accurate it is, but if that's true... probably would've been better to end it with a certain character finishing the job then that route.
I love all DBZ content, even if it has flawed and loopholes in its story, but this is not going to be my highest ranking movie in the series.

A little bit of news for Xenoverse guys!
They released an update patch for the game and does the following:

*Super Electric Strike has been nerfed and it's hitbox changed allowing opponents to dodge if they're up close or too far away and SES no longer staggers and sends players flying away now.
*Death Ball does not give you invincibility anymore, less tracking, and doesn't juggle either.
*Milky Cannon's glitch has been fixed (I'm not entirely sure what it was though).
*Ki Blast Cannon no longer staggers and instead sends people flying away
*Super Kamehameha is guard-breakable now and damage dealt by it has been reduced.
*Level Cap raised from 80 to 85 (takes 600k EXP in total from 80 to 85 to cap)
*Dragon Balls drop easier now from Time Patrollers
*Mentors re-located from front of Hercule Statue to front of the Information Booth
*From now when completing Parallel Quests you return to the inside entrance of the area instead of outside of the area
*Ultimate Finish Warnings appear more often now
*You gain BP from Rank Matches even if the player disconnects from the match (apparently "rage quitters" will lose BP from now on if they disconnected before the match is done or so I heard)

This is for the Japanese release!
For the US version we're getting Jaco the Galactic Patrolman along with Golden Frizea and SSJGSSJ Goku & Vegeta for playable characters, the Master Roshi Outfit, and most likely the RoF (Resurrection of F) Goku and Vegeta Costumes seeing as the US update has them in already through datamining.
For a special bonus when you wear the complete Goku Whis Outfit you gain the Blue-Hair SSJGSSJ Wig on your CaC (no accessory to equip needed).
I'm looking forward this DLC Pack 3! Shame that Demigra isn't playable but that doesn't mean this could be the last of the DLC for Xenoverse given that the developers plan to support the game for over a year.
And best news is that Xenoverse sold 2 million copies worldwide! ^_^
We're definitely going to be seeing a sequel or more DLC goodies in the future!

That is literally the OFFICIAL name of the new God form for Goku and Vegeta... honestly that's a mouthful.
I think "Ultimate Super Saiyan God", "Master Super Saiyan God", or "Perfect Super Saiyan God" would've been much better names for the form.

Finally got around to playing the rest of the GT storyline stuff.
It was actually rather difficult, but fun. Probably better than the actual GT.
Really liking a lot of the ease-of-life changes they added in, making Dragonballs much easier to obtain, making Ultimate Finish opportunities trigger more often.

My only buff with the updates is that they "fixed" New Enemy/Supporter scenes when you perform either you Super or Ultimate Move (even transformation) the move would go off still while the scene played with the new character joining in so you could set up extra damage on the enemy (as everyone is standing still at the time).
This made it easier to finish the battles faster or get a hit in.
Now when the New Enemy/Supporter scene occurs it cancels the Super/Ultimate move animation so you no longer get an extra hit in or your transformation buff in.
It's a pain. -_-

RUMOR!: It seems like our datamining friend, Sergio on YouTube who provided all the hidden juicy details on Xenoverse's hidden files, seems to point out there's a THIRD DLC Mentor along with DLC Pack 3 but for now we wait until tomorrow to see who it could possibly be from Sergio (as he knows but won't tell until video tomorrow).
UPDATED: It seems like Nuova Shenron was planned to be a Mentor at one point and got scrapped but his data remained in the files. Sorry about that guys.

I really wish there was more variety to the clothing - either remove the stat system from it or make more items have higher stats level. Drives me crazy that as a blast character there's only about 2 different things to choose from while meanwhile strikers have about 5 different costumes with the same, good stat build.
I guess stats aren't everything but it drives me crazy that I have to make my character weaker to use a different look.

It's more that I can't change the colours of non-original clothing than anything. The stat bonuses aren't that big of a deal compared to how you level up at least but yeah I agree on that too.

DLC Pack 3 mentions "customizable parts" where some people speculate that you can change the original cast's outfit on your CaC.
Maybe, maybe not. We'll have to wait and see.

Thought it would be neat and appeal more to people wanting to give the ideal look to their CaC as well as having the stats they want on it. Something similar to Budokai's Capsule system.

Just a reminder guys that the DLC Pack 3 has come out and the level cap has rise from 85 to 99 and the last 9 levels give you 9 attribute points instead of 3 giving you 348 attribute points in total.
Though it takes 1 - 2 million EXP to level up from 85 onward so happy grinding!
