Much like Jeff Foxworthy's "You might be a red neck" jokes, this time it's simply switching "red neck" with "Rock man" and anything related to it.
If you can read Mega Man and Bass and understand it as Rock Man and Forte, you might be a fan.
If you can debate the spelling of Mega Man's name throughout each game, you might be a fan.
If you think it'd be awesome to ride your dog like a flying surfboard, you might be a fan.

If you get the Hadoken, Shoryuken, or Zero's Sword in the SNES X games, you might be a fan.

When I've seen this topic on other boards, they usually try for something funny or silly, not actual game/collection challenges. With that in mind...
If you need to reach something up high and your first instinct is to call your dog and jump on his back, you might be a Rockman fan.
If you think construction helmets can block anything, you might be a Rockman fan.
If you've ever put a cup on your hand and pretended it was a gun, you might be a Rockman fan (or a Samus fan, or...)
If you think spinning with your fists out will stop a ninja in his tracks, you might be a Rockman fan.
If you think giving your sister screws and watching her change clothes is A-Okay, you might be a Rockman fan (or live in a very secluded community).
If you think bubbles can be made out of lead, you might be a Mega Man fan.
If you think bubbles will lead your way, you might be a Rockman fan.
If you routinely jump and slide through doorways you enter, you might be a Rockman fan.
If you think modern robots evolved from cro-magnon bots, you might be a Mega Man cartoon fan.
If you change your clothes every time you pick up a new item, you might be a Rockman fan.
If you've ever fought for everlasting peace, you might be a Rockman fan.

- If you were going to point out that for the overwhelming majority of times "Rockman" is written together unlike "Mega Man"... you have to pick up better hobbies, but I guess you could say you're a Rockman/Mega Man fan.

Is it seriously that short? :( I was expecting it would be at least a few hours with the shop system and extras and everything. (i still dont own the game or a 360/wii/ps3 for the matter so i dont have any idea, and dont wanna know) ..but i just had to reply to your comment :o

It's an NES style Megaman game; it's not gonna be known for length. And the 24 minutes thing is a joke, to pertain to the fact that people like Vixy really are going at it with speedruns. Now you know. :P

Here is that of which I am guilty:
-If you carry a 24-disc CD case dedicated solely to burned MegaMan game music and remixes thereof (and it's still not enough room), you might be a fan.
-If Zero and Iris adorn every screen and window of your homebrew MP3 player skin, you might be a fan.
-If X and Zero's armor kits are the only thing you put on display as often as your original Ultrazord, you might be a fan.
-If you have 282 (and rising) images of Iris that aren't even NSFW (at least then they'd be there for a reason) in their own dedicated folder, you might be a fan.
And last but not least:
-If in a certain SNES classic game by Enix you named God after a First-Class Purifier, you might be a fan.

That quote was from ZX but I guess it doesn't count anyway since there're was not voice acting nor is it funny.
