The EP system it's a pain in the ass, you can't barely play 10-15 minutes at max and you get your EP meter drain to 0, after that you get 1 point every 5 minutes, World 1 stages cost 4 points, World 2 stages 5 points and boss battles 10 points. I'm having fun with all the customization stuff but the linearity and the boss fights are a joke. This could have been a decent game with some effort put into it.

For all our readers in Europe, Capcom Europe announced today plans to launch their online store in the coming months. It's yet to be seen how this will affect Mega Man fans in Europe, but it's well known that Capcom USA online store has sold interesting items over the years, including the now expensive Mega Man 9 press kit among other things. We will inform you when the store is open.

To be honest I'm not sad or mad, the chances of this game coming to Europe and North America were zero and also without any news in such a long time, the cancellation was expected. I'm going to save the anime trailers in a safe place, they are fantastic.

According to a report on The Mega Man Network, Rockman Online lead artist Kang Dong Hwa has confirmed on his blog that the game he was working on was cancelled, likely to be Rockman Online even if he doesn't mention the name explicitly. He also uploaded new concept art for the game on his blog.

Capcom announced today that everyone that preordered the Rock-can Sound E Can on e-Capcom will enter in a raffle to win one of the four special illustrations (see above) drawn by the Capcom design team. Everyone that preordered the soundtrack pack from June 21st to September 18th will automatically enter in the raffle. The Rock-can Sound E Can it's exclusively available on Capcom online stores (e-Capcom and Rakuten) and will be released on September 19th.

Bandai and Bluefin Tamashii Nations USA announced a couple of days ago the release of another Rockman figure inside the D-Arts toy line, but this time it's not another Rockman X figure, this time it's the turn of Rockman from the Classic series. Below you can read the official press release.

In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the original Japan game release, Tamashii Nations is proud to announce the long awaited and highly requested release of classic Megaman into the ranks of the advanced D-Arts high-articulation action figure series. Fan feedback was critical in the design of this set, which features Met and Rush figures! Superior articulation allows for recreating a variety of action poses. Also included in set is an extensive array of accessory parts such as shot effect parts, as well as two interchangeable face parts, additional right arm Mega Buster parts and Mega Buster barrel opening part, interchangeable right arm, and interchangeable left/right hand parts.

The figure will be released in Japan this December for 3,675 Yens and January 2013 in North America for $44.99.

If they want to go social, why not a facebook game?, this looks like [parasitic bomb], like MMX looked in iOS too.

I was expecting nothing but goods for the 25th anniversary, and so far it looks like that is going to be the case. How hard can it be to do something decent, a collection of some type for 3DS or Vita for example.

It's sad to watch Inti Creates developing pointless games while Rockman is dying.

I saw this coming. 2 games cancelled, Inafune out, noone pushing for the franchise inside Capcom, Inti Creates not doing anything probably because Capcom don't want. From now on, mangas, music CDs and figures, zero games, till they decide to give the franchise to some random west developer.

Capcom it's getting more lame every year with the pay downloads. As a Mega Man fan it's not a big deal to pay $2 or $5 because doing it not only I will enjoy some time the prototype but also I will help my favourite game series but it's a stupid thing to think "normal" people will pay for it.

It's not a racist comment and you know it. Hunger for power and world domination, the way he lose his temper when things are not like he wanted (according to Hitler biographies) and the minor things like the accent and the moustache. You can't agree or disagree, is a matter of opinion.

Wily ruined the movie for me, he look and sound like Hitler's leprous brother, the actor was OK. A for the effort anyway. Given the budget is better than some game based movies with hollywood budget.
