Aya finally speaks up.

Aya - "I'm honestly a little confused, whats wrong with you and your father? You two seem like good people to me."

She shrugs a little obviously oblivious to what ever racism Sakura and her father might have to deal with.

"The problem is even if we are good people since we look different most of the time other people look down on us because we don't look the same." Sakura explained "In fact one time I tried to help an injured person who got stuck in the forest but he immediately screamed at me to keep away from him and he ran for the hills like I was some kind of monster. I don't get it either, I know not everyone is like that, but it's kind of disheartening to see something like that."

"Yeah I try not to let it bother me too much, as long as I have my dad then I'll be fine." Sakura smiled, though she had a feeling it wasn't just Toshi's appearance that was the only problem considering she pretty much does the exact same thing, but she decided to keep her mouth shut.

((I assume unless anyone else has any other more pressing locations to visit Aya will want to make her way to Skull Cove once we get to Sakura's home, since White Beard mentioned it as she was arriving. Her amnesia seems to effect her long term memory rather than short by the way.))

Calien heard something in the distance, it sounded familiar.

"I think one of the traps caught a deer, I'll go get it Sakura you keep leading them okay?" Calien told her.

"Okay, we're almost there anyway." Sakura nodded.

"Yeah Dad said he built it himself with some help from some of the creatures called Pokemon here when I was still really small." Sakura stated.

Suddenly a beast with white fur and a black face, horn, and tail came into view, though it was very cautious and looked very uneasy.

"Oh Yin there you are!" Sakura said as she slowly came to the creature and pet it "It's okay these people are nice...<Most of them anyway>."

The creature seemed to have calmed down a bit, though it still seemed to be a bit wary.

(I'll just say through bullshit that Yin can understand Sakura's other language.)

Toshi - "Is this a... Pokémon?" she asked looking confused by Yin's appearance, before being interrupted by...

??? - "Of course it is." ...a strange feminine voice, that alerts Toshi's attention.

She turns around to see what appears to be a tall pale tanned fur feline beast, with a red gem embedded in its forehead.

??? - "It seems your friend knows about our later generations."

Although it may seem, no one has noticed the pokémon talking to Toshi, but as soon as Toshi blinked a little, the mysterious figure vanished, as if it were nothing but a hallucination.

(I'd like to make it obvious that Toshi's spiritual familiars are actually gen 1 pokémon. Yin on the other hand appears new to her, BTW. And yes, it's a Persian she was hallucinating just now.)

As the party got acquainted with the pokemon and Sakura's cabin Aya began to think back on events up till now and how best to describe them now that her long term memories seemed to be gone.

"So--I guess I have some explaining to do?" Aya shrugged before leaning on the cabin wall.

Toshi - "An Absol, huh. Never heard, nor seen this pokémon before." she seem dumbfounded, "Is it the only one I've not seen?" She asks Sakura, assuming that there was more before...

How can this be? Has there been more than 150 pokémon? But how many? ...questions begin to flood Toshi's head about her shortcomings.

(Yes, Toshi been stuck with the old out-of-date pokédex [not that she has one]. Oh, and I made it 150, instead of 151, regarding Mewtwo being a clone of Mew.)
