A snow tornado... Won't that freeze everything in its path?

I'd imagine it is much like any tornado, formed like any tornado, just with snow as the precipitation. The same goes for thundersnows, which are thunderstorms with snow instead of rain.

So I've just seen the intro to the animated show about Carmen Sandiego for the first time in a shitload of years.
DAT [tornado fang]ing NOSTALGIA

Somehow, my heart feeled geniuine child-like joy upon seeing that.
I didn't think it was posssible for me anymore.

I wonder how the show itself is holding up? I mean, edutaiment and all but... I'm curious.
Anybody can tell me if I should check it out again, or will I be wasting my time and it's actually a pile of [parasitic bomb]?
