Shademan did that magical converter materialization too in Axess.
When he attacked Regal's boat, to be exact.

But that was when he made his own dimensional converter. Same thing Regal had done in the past on multiple occasions.

I just saw that episode; frickin' awesome.

Zero EXE was such a wasted concept in the games... He deserved more screentime after Transmission.

I think we can all agree with this.

Reminds me of Regal in the movie, with his ability to make dimensional converters magically come out of the floor.
haha, I remmeber that. I was like, WTF.

Also, yes, I can agree with that.
Although still, no matter how I look at it, Zero's head  looks like a fishy virus.

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

Hello there.

Regarding your question of how Zero was able to materialize on the real world, the explanation is the following:

After the defeat of the Super Cybeast Greizar (on Episode 25 of Beast), the 'Professor' began to rebuild it and upgrade its 'Beast Factor' into the 'Zero Virus'. The Zero Virus upgrade to the 'Beast Factor' allowed Net Navis to materialize at will without Dimensional Areas or Copy Roids. Zero was installed that program, obviously, and that's how it can materialize.

Another example are the Phantom Darkloids created by Cache. They also have the ability to materialize on the real world at will.

Hope this helps answer your questions.

Sidier.
