It's french fries smothered with gravy and cheese curd. Trust me it's tastier than it sounds, especially when you get it from some place other than McD's or A&W. Heck, there's this restaurant downtown where I live that has about 15 different kinds of it (and it's run by a guy from Quebec so it's the real thing). PB's going to where poutine was invented so I thought he might enjoy some Canuckistan cuisine.
