So this happened.

May I remind you, that Blood Dragon was originally announced on April 1st as well as an April Fools joke, and then confirmed as real the next day.

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

Currently playing The Last of Us. Gorgeous as [tornado fang].

On the portable side, I'm also playing Ace Attorney Investigations, Etrian Odyssey IV, Crimson Shroud, FE Awakening, basically, too many damn games.

I really need to complete one already. Hopefully during the break when I don't have schoolwork in the way.

Haven't had much gaming time but I'm trying to squeeze in Tales of Vesperia and Hitman Absolution on the Xbax and a bit of Pokeyman.

Still hammering away at my second Project X Zone playthrough, up to Juri joining up.  Making sure to let my favorites gain extra experience, which is of course leading to Reiji and Xiaomu being absurdly powerful.  X and Zero are catching up fast, as well.

Also on DeviantArt, Rumble, DLive.tv, and the Fediverse (@freespeechextremist.com and @bae.st)

Mostly Dark Souls II, been invading as a Blue Phantom and using the Chameleon spell to turn into a Barrel; said barrel is used to troll the invaded player.  8D

Other wise Deception IV, story is as bat [parasitic bomb] insane as I remember; I missed this series!

Playing some Tyrian 2000. I really how this game lets you use the mouse to play the game, which is something I don't see often in PC shoot 'em ups. Also following up on Doom: Custom PlayStation Edition TC, Silhouette Mirage (JP PS1), and from time-to-time, Mad Stalker: Full Metal Force (X68k).

But yeah I've been playing a shitload of Bioshacks lately. Just trying to farm achievements seeing as how I've already been through that game twice.

I've only ever played Bioshock Infinite, and that already blew my mind. Well, the story, not the gameplay.

All that's left to play is Bioshock 1, since apparently 2 was an utter disappointment.

I didn't find 2 to be as bad as people make it out to be. The gameplay feels better than in the first, for one. The story is where most people don't seem to like it, but I was alright with it.

Hahaha. XD Honestly I did wanted to play Tyrian for some time but could never get the hang of using DOSBox (when it was v0.73). After getting some helpful tricks to make it much more easier to use with v0.74, I've been playing some other DOS games too like Jazz Jackrabbit and Doom. I really to try to see if I can re-create some fighter ships of other shoot 'em up games with the Ship Editor (the Kamui from Kamui, Phoenix Mk-II from RefleX, and the RVA-818-X-LAY from RayForce/Layer Section) but it looks like a pain to use.

I can agree with that. BioShock 2 does feel more like an expansion pack to the first game, and the story felt shoehorned to me compared to the original, but I don't find it as bad as others say. One thing I will say that it really needed New Game+ like the first one did through DLC; there are tonics and plasmids late-to-end game that I wish I could carry into a new game to experiment and have fun with (plus I want to go back with overpowered weapons and destroy stuff) but alas 2K Marin didn't such a feature.

Slowly getting through Bravely Default. I like how the subtitle changes on the main menu about halfway through Chapter 6, it's a nice touch.

Started playing Beat Hazard Ultra. Pretty addicting, if only because it gives me something interesting to do while listening to my rad tunes.

Using live music streams for Survival Mode is great though. Already downloaded an album just for one song I heard off a station. Shame there's no Unicode support or I'd be using the Last.fm feature.

The whole Ridley debate got me in the mood to play Metroid, been playing through Zero Mission and Fusion; next up Super Metroid?

I should have started with Super Metroid; it's really hard to go into it after playing Fusion and Zero Mission; the little changes to the game play really make a difference.
