Pretty much. Still I think there's nothing that can really top what Roa did during his take over arc though.

How about making the villain of the arc merge the two universes making the universes unstable

"When the galaxies collide, I will be the one victorious!" R2oa suddenly turned into a purple light and flew into the true Roa.

"When the hearts of enemies combine, then nothing can be defeated!" The alternate Roa did the same as R2oa.

"When one perfect being becomes more, then what does it becomes...?!" Roa glowed with power and he changed shape. "ULTIMATE COMBINING - Seraph Roa!"

(lololol I don't know wtf this, I just wrote it in about 5 seconds just now.)
