Not bad. I liked this more than the Arranged Soundtrack for Rockman 9.
One and Only is pretty cool. It's a shame there isn't a non-vocal version. I didn't care much for Introduction. The Title theme was alright. The Rockman 9 Title theme from its AST sounded better. The level themes overall are pretty enjoyable. The only dud was King of Blades. It sounds way too synth-y. Same thing with Nitro Rider, but at least that song gets better as it continues. I wish they made King of Blades in the style of Knight Man's stage theme from Rockman 6 Complete Works. I'm a bit disappointed with Desert Commando. It is my favorite in the OST, but the arranged version was very "meh". I dunno, it just didn't impress me. Cybersheep Dream was pretty cool. Solar Inferno and Absolute Chill are my favorites. The Boss theme is really cool.
I didn't really care much for Dr. Wily Manifesto. Same thing with For You, but hey, at least it sounded nice... Abandoned Memories would have been great if they just left out the intro part. It wasn't that great in the game and it still isn't great here. Against the Pressure is probably the best track. No Turning Back is another good one. The Wily Stage Boss theme is not bad. I didn't care much for Close to the End... at least until it got to the 2:00 part... that was pretty cool. Nemisisphere was cool too. Last Exit was great. Too bad there isn't a non-vocal version for this song too.
Overall, I liked it. It could have been better, but oh well. I'm sure these tracks will grow on me with time. I absolutely hated the OST for this game when I first heard the music but after hearing them a bunch of time, I grew to love them. Absolute Chill became one of my favorites from the OST and I remembered saying it sounded like [parasitic bomb] back when I first heard it.
