Obviously you get that option because you're a mod. I can't change the ability to change the number of votes people can cast. I can only change the options people can choose.

No. The final round is the one after this one. Simply because votes are likely to shift in the next round, making it interesting. Unless one of the members wins in total victory--which won't happen--I don't see it ending here.
