Notice the case and the "logo" on the lower right corner, and compare them to the actual casing. If it was a legitimate item, the casing and logo would be different from what's in Vixy's picture.

Piracy is only valuable when it's free.  I, personally, wouldn't spend money on a bootleg if I can get it for free.  Bootleg videos, mebbe.  Bootleg games, nah.

Tough break. You could always resell it and mark it as a rare misprint. That way the pirate victim becomes the pirate. Yarrr.
