Do you remember in DBZ? Goku and Gohan couldn´t sit on a chair because they were so powerful (or fat) that it broke.....and the entire house....and that was only the Cell saga  :O

TVTropes has ruined my life in pointing out that is quite possible to control your strength as long as you how much too put. Besides it wouldn't shonen if the protagonists did not get God mode in some way shape or form.

Just by becoming Captain Falcon do you gain the powers and responsibilities with it.

At least, that's what I got from the horribly subbed version of the punch scene on YouTube. Never did find a good sub of the show.
