It isn't perfect, but I really do enjoy this game, SonicZH. Congrats on getting support from Capcom to make it an official title. Definitely a game I'll come back to. If this comes to WiiWare, PSN and XBLA, I'd pick it up in a heartbeat.

I got all the way up to the rematches. CRIPES Vega is annoying! I won by sheer luck! I know he's weak to L. Kick but with a spaz like this, why you even want to get anywhere near him?

I also have a hard time fighting C. Viper with L. Kick. She moves around way too quickly for me so I just took out the Buster and shot her. And that laser section in intense! I died the first time I went through there. I see so many YouTube videos of people going through there that don't slide! Must be the MM9-10 mindset. That said, C. Viper has one of my fav stages in the game.

A pair of shades and a nifty scarf goes a long way.

That whistle helps, too. I have NEVER heard a more awesome whistle.

Kirby's Epic Yarn. So many things I could say about this game, but I think one of my fellow forum members at another board said it best. "It's the only game I've ever wanted to hug."  <3

Super Mario 64 (Virtual Console ver.). 91 Stars thus far. Happy to be finished with Wet-Dry World and Hazy Maze Cave.

New Super Mario Bros. On World 2. The Main Castle music is STILL so much WIN!  >0<

That, good sir, is why we have post-game stage select with respawning giant rings.  You don't have to do it all in one run.

Seriously?! I... I did not know this.  :o *Head explodes*

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Since everyone is playing it on 3DS, I figured I'd start up my Virtual Console version that I downloaded about a month ago. Still early into the game. I'm at Goron City and just as I did years ago when I play OoT, I can already tell, I'm going to need a guide.

Sonic 3 & Knuckles. Finished the first two Genesis Sonic games, now I'm working on my all-time favorite. I'd like to get all 14 Emeralds but the Super Emeralds are just so aggravating to obtain. I've actually never played as Hyper Sonic/Knuckles or Super Tails. Anyway, I'm currently in Marble Garden Zone.

Downloaded these for Virtual Console last week.

Sonic the Hedgehog (GEN)
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (GEN)
Sonic the Hedgehog 3
Sonic & Knuckles
The Revenge of Shinobi

Yeah, I'm on a Sonic kick. Plus it was the little guy's 20th anniversary and all.

Yeah, so I'm super late to the game but here's some of my info.

Wii Console Code
8542 2711  0537 7839

Animal Crossing: City Folk
2494-5271-7528 (Name: Lan, Town: Snestown)

Playing Axelay on Retro Duo. And by "playing," I mean dying again and again. It seems like each time I play this game I have to get good at it again.

Shinobi (arcade) on Virtual Console. Sweet mercy, is this game hard. I'm glad you have the option for Free Play because an entire paychecks worth of quarters would not help me here.

Crosswords (DS). Still come back to this game time and again after nearly two years of playing off and on.

It's looking like I'll get a 360 1st and a PS3 2nd.

More games I downloaded on VC.

Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen (SNES)
Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber (N64)
Chrono Trigger (SNES)
Shinobi (ARC)
New Adventure Island (TG-16)

Found a used copy of Bangai-O on Dreamcast. I'm in love!  0v0

Another pay check means moar! VC games!  >0<

Here's what I got:

Bomberman '93
Bomberman '94 (Wanted to see the differences from this an Mega Bomberman)
Contra III: The Alien Wars (My fav Contra game)
F-Zero

Got these for Virtual Console last week.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Blaster Master
River City Ransom
Alien Soldier
Mega Man

Finished Mega Man X on VC. Perfect emulation is perfect.

Downloaded Alien Soldier and playing it for the first time. Wow, do I suck at this game, even on Super Easy. Being a Treasure game, I'd have to be insane to play on the default setting of Super Hard. I'm still learning the controls but I like it. The music is rocking, too.

Gunstar Super Heroes. I still  think the Genesis version is better but this GBA game is still pretty all kinds of rad. Definitely one of the best looking GBA games. Anyway, I'm playing as Red on Easy. I'm at the famous board game segment. I HATE fighting the tiny solider in this game.

Fly around. Gather 20 balls. With those balls, explode the capsule thingy by flying into it.

Fly through rings to fill the dash meter and fly faster.

Much thanks!

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars is one of my favorite Wii games and was worth all the trouble I went through to find a copy. Just unlocked Frank West and he's so freaking hilarious! Throwing shopping carts as projectiles, putting on a Mega Man costume and shouting "REAL MEGA BUSTER!!!", stuffing a Sever Bot head on fools and ramming them into a horde of zombies! Frank is comedy GOLD! I also unlocked Zero and as expected, he's AWESOME! Of course the entire roster of fighters here is crazy awesome. Playing as all the different Tatsunoko characters, makes me wanna read up on them since Ken the Eagle was the only one who looked familiar to me. I honestly don't think the unknown characters hurts the game at all since they are pretty fun to play as.

I LOVE my Retro Duo! It even works with the Super Game Boy so I'm going through Donkey Kong again, IMO one of the best Mario games!  >0<

Even StarFox works great! Made it all the way to Andross and got a Game Over. Guess I'm a bit rusty.

NiGHTS is fun but I'm still not sure what the overall objective of the levels/game is.

New pruchases: Okami (Wii), Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, Mario Superstar Baseball.

Picked up a Retro Duo and have been doing more living in the past!

I FINALLY beat the Yellow Devil on the first Mega Man and beat my NES Mega Man cart that I've had since the summer of 1997!  8)

Yoshi's Island. I'm half way done with World 5. Cannot believe I got 100% on the first castle. I NEVER get 100% in castles.

Latest purchases: Stinger, Double Dragon II, Klonoa (Wii), Castle of Shikigami III (Wii) NiGHTS into Dreams, Fighting Vipers, Zack & Wiki, Elite Beat Agents.

I myself am replaying Wind Waker on a New Game +, but I'm doing a bit of a challenge run. I'm trying to do a Three Heart Run while holding the camera AT A TOP-DOWN VIEW. I call it Wind Waker DS. *shot*

Also, funny story, I found out only about 13% of Wind Waker is spent sailing thanks to an FAQ I read. Who would've thought?

I admire your courage. I've never tried to attempt a three heart run in any Zelda game.

Only %13 of Wind Waker is spent sailing? For real? Now that is interesting, considering how big the overworld in Wind Waker is.

------

While we're on the subject of Super Mario Bros. 3, (I'm making my way through Super Mario All-Stars, sans Lost Levels and I'm nearly to SMB3) anyone remember that final Fortress that had like a million doors? Did ANYONE pass that stage without a guide? When I went in there as a kid and saw how many freaking doors there was, I said screw it and used Lakitu's Cloud to pass that sucker and I've been doing it ever since.

And what's this about not being to use P-Wings without being disgraced? I miss something?

New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Just picked it up. Too soon to say it's better than the first NSBM, but I still enjoy it. Just got to World 4 and I must say this game does seem a tad tougher. I wish I could take Yoshi to other levels but it is sooooo satisfying to have him eat a hammer thrown by a Hammer Bro. and then have him fling it right back at him! That's payback for 20+ years of anguish in the original SMB!! Fire Chomps are back. Makes me wonder what else they brought back. *Sigh* I miss Goomba's Shoe.  ;O;

Zelda: The Wind Waker. Currently hunting for the Trifoce charts. Toon Link is my fav version of Link. The sailing aspect of the game doesn't really bother me.

I managed to get a copy of Super Mario All-Stars Limited Edtion for Wii despite not pre-ordering it. Looks like it came with everything the Japanese version came with. Despite owning the SNES version, I still wanted to cop this.

Also picked up Super Mario Galaxy 2 so I'll probably get some of that it along side NSMBW.

Well it was a long and hard road but I finally beat Super Mario Galaxy with 120 stars! Now I'm going through the game as Luigi.

Also playing New Super Mario Bros. again. As Luigi of course.  8)

I resumed Super Mario Galaxy last night. Star count is up to 72. Man, some of these are getting really hard but I gotta unlock Luigi. I've gotten each star thus far with out any outside help or a guide. Don't know how long that will last.

Been years since I played Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. I'm going through the game again and it's as fun as ever. Love Yoko Shimomura's music and the battle system.

Bought Zelda: A Link to the Past, Super Castlevania IV, and Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. I've called my own sanity into question on that last one.

Finished Metroid Fusion again a few nights ago.

Trying to beat Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels via VC. Sweet mercy, I wonder why I torture myself with this game. I must have heard the "Miss" and "Game Over" jingles a billion times. I mean, I've gotten farther than I did when I played the All-Stars remake version years ago, but this game is still punishingly hard!

OutRun 2006 Cost 2 Coast on PS2. Had to start from scratch, but this may very well be one of my favorite arcade-style racers. I just gotta get enough OR Miles to get all my tunes back.

Pulseman. Beat the first three stages. LOVE the music in this one.

Bio Miracle Boukette Upa. This kid has the worst parents. EVER. Squirt has to defend himself with just a rattle and and the stages can get quite challenging.

Advance Wars. I really wanna get further in this game so I started up again, relearing the basics.
