So, I'd been talking about Slur from Rockman.EXE Stream with my friend, and the question was made: is Slur genderless or a male or a female? This question was made by my friend, but I'm posting it here because she doesn't feel like registrating to the site. xD

According to that EXE art book Slur is supposedly genderless like Serenade, other than that I got nothing else and just call her a she.

To add to that, that one brief scene where we see Proto-Slur before permanently fusing with what appears to Slur's creator, "her" voice sounded awfully male and that definately was not Watanabe Akeno.
That said, I always regarded Slur as a female, and I'll stick to that.
