He's referenced in the Classic series, and makes a appearance in Power Fighters
He's one of the main characters in the X series
He's the main character of the MMZ series
He's a virus netnavi in the EXE series
His saber appears in the Legends series

I dont think he appeared in the starforce series though

No Star Force Zero, unless Ace counts. (Forgive me if he doesn't; I haven't played SF3 in a long time)

Also Black Zero appears as a comic book superhero in Legends 2.
