In this game, Snake Man has always been my favorite. Top Man is in a close second. Do a Top Spin~

I voted Snake Man, but! Magnet Man's stage theme is my favourite.
And Shadow Man is just an awesome Robot Master all together.
But Snake gets it for February 9th being known as Snake Man's theme day. (Don't remember what gives it this officiality, but I remember reading it.)
And cause in the Ruby Spears cartoon, Snake Man was epic.

ShadowMan is my favorite RM from this game.  He also has my favorite Stage music.

Top Man because his Music remix is so groovy & I like it that way & of course Top Spin is very unique weapon/attack.

Break Man. Seriously, how could anyone forget the most awesome Robot Master in the game?

That aside, Snake Man gets my vote. Shadow Man in second place.

Break Man is a sub boss, not a robot master. I try to stay off that slippery slope.

Picking my fav robot master in MM3, my fav MM game is like asking me to pick a favorite among my kids. And I don't even have kids! Buuuuuut, if I had to choose, it'd be between Magnet Man and Shadow Man. Both look sweet and both have some excellent music. Deciding between the two of them is like choosing which arm to keep. Sigh. I'll go with Magnet Man.
