I faceplamed when I saw this. The Background tiles from the sides are taken from MegaPhil's Tank Man stage. The blue and white striped background is the backing for MegaPhils stage select screen and as you summized, that picture IS of Comet Woman's stage. :O What the heck! I hope the designer of the site DID get Phil's permission, or else this could get someone into trouble!

So, basically, the only way for MegaPhil's art to not get stolen again, is to remove EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF ART FROM HIS DEVIANTART ACCOUNT and post it here, where it will be safe from anyone that dares to use it for "promotional" purposes, without informing the artist that made them. -_-You assume DA doesn't keep some rights over the image. This may be a good time to look carefully through their TOS agreements that you pretty much blindly agree to when you make an account (since no one ever reads through them carefully.)

Ripped their outlines from the vid. Might be a little off, especially for Pointy-Looking-Knife Man, but meh.
That's been done before in the Rockman games. Taking the Zero/ZX/EXE/Shooting Star things and mix them into the other Rockman series. I like those things, and I don't mind seeing more cross-over things like that. You know, taking a few elements from say, Zero and ZX, and mixed them into Rockman 9. Inti Creates are doing a good thing with that, so it can appeal to as many Rockman fans as possible. ^^example.....?

If it was me, and Capcom gave me credit for work they put on their site, I would be happy about it as to Capcom using my stuff. At least it would be recocnized by them. But this is MegaPhilX we are talking about. It's like Capcom advertising their official game, while at the same time promoting the hard works of MegaPhilX's fan game. :)
