Well, for all those that think its mostly sex because they've seen screens of naked chicks in the same instance as blood and gore; No. They don't mix the two.
Sure, there's random sex in there but >.> The furthest it goes is kissing.
Unless your easily turned off by any mention of incest. >>
Other then that, this series kinda reminded me a bit of Chobits but with that darker twist. The main character, Lucy/Nyu, acts a lot like Chii where she's really childish and such...Well, really it's Nyu but I post Lucy/Nyu because they're the same person, just split personalities.
So yeah. Thoughts on the series? Personally, I really liked it. The ending in particular made me stop and think for a few minutes XD
Haven't read the manga yet, though.

I hate this show, along with Higurashi, NGE and FLCL.
The only thing this show has going for it, is the gore. Which is nothing special, because Hellsing Ultimate is even [tornado fang]ing better at it.

Y'see, there can't be an initial movement of such a scale..You'd need to learn the language and blach. Besides, can't acclimate too well to a country like Japan that's so VASTLY different then your current one without a hopes of gaining their culture first...

Thats another thing...with a complicated language like Japanese X_X I swear I have problems communicating in ENGLISH most of the time, you want me to learn ANOTHER language?! Blasphemy! XD

Japanese itself, the spoken language, is easy. Shitstorm starts when it's time to read and write it.
As someone who's taken a year and a half of dedicated classes to learn the language, I can attest to that.
On a more random note, [tornado fang] Nasu Kinoko for inventing a completely new strain of the language by himself.

LOL I see...And understand, too. Being the kanji is so differant from our alphabet and has so many characters and such, it would make it a lot harder. I'm more and more tempted each day to put it on a list of what to study over the summer...>.> But uh. I hardly wanna do that. Go figure...maybe next year. lol...
