Title: Rockmanathon live stream on RPM, just in time for the big 10 release~

That's right! We're gonna have a live stream ready in time for Rockman 10's release (http://www.justin.tv/vixynyan). It's a Rockmanathon, where I will personally play through as many of Rock's games as I can "before" the big 10 is coming out starting next week. When the game is finally available, that game will be played non-stop for a whole week so that no one will miss out on everything the game has to offer.

Today (Saturday), tomorrow (Sunday) and a little bit of Monday, I will start a live stream at a specific time and get to play each one of Rock's games, one at a time. That should be enough practice before 10 is coming for Wii Ware next week.

The Weekend stream will start at these times.

12:00 (GMT -5:00) Eastern Time (New York Time)
18:00 (GMT +1:00) Central European Time

That should be a good time to prepare things, and have the game systems ready for streaming.

But once Rockman 10 is out, the live stream can begin any time we want. x3

Which is kind of a bummer because I'm stuck waiting for the XBox release date.

Somebody could do a speed-run, somebody do a weaknesses run, somebody do a Protoman run, somebody a Bolts-collecting/exploits run, somebody a boss strategies run, etc.

I'm currently on hiatus from having any kind of job, so I've got instant access to this game to do one of the runs. Got school, though, so I'll probably have to do a quick-and-dirty run (i.e. no time to sit and map out boss strategies or exploits thoroughly).
EDIT: Come to think of it, it's probably going to take multiple people to find out the weakness cycle quickly.

Maybe I should reconsider WiiRDing my way to Bass. I assumed the DLC would be released in a week or two. A full month is quite a wait for a third character (one whose absence from 9 was EXTREMELY conspicuous, I might add).

You generate a GCT cheat file from a text file with the code activated, then you run the MM10 channel with Gecko.

Solution: Listen, Capcom, we love you very much and all, but when you offer DLC, make it REAL add ons, not stuff that's on the game. That way, this wouldn't happen.

Crystal? We're not going to see this for Mega Man 11 or Mega Man X9? Wonderful.

Translation for the unenlightened:
This does *NOT* give you a DLC save file. If you attempt to resume a saved Bass game without running the code again, the game will yell at you for allegedly deleting Bass's DLC and refuse to load the file. So you can hack your way to Bass now and still be a good customer and fork over the 200 Wii Points later, thus adding the convenience of being able to play Bass when loading the game properly from the system menu.

I haven't done this myself, mind you; I still have to clear the game as ProtoMan. I just like to read up.
