Sadly Quick Ball failed for me but I manage to catch Eevee with my Dusk Ball since it's night time but it took several Poke Balls and my Snubbull helped a bit but was getting owned so I had to call her back.

How do you check the IVs for your Pokemon in X/Y?

My Eevee I got is LV20, Adamant nature, Adaptability ability, and his stats:
HP 55
ATK 35
DEF 25
SP. ATK 22
SP. DEF 32
SPD 32

Aw... my Eevee is "decent all around" but my Greninja I got from self-trading has "superior potential" which is nice to know and that extends to Chesnaught as well, named Gawain. Sadly my Tamamo (Fennekin's final form) is decent too.

Funny as my Pokemon caught has decent stats while my traded Pokemon have better IV stats.

Caught 5 Eevees before my egg hatched, along with the one I evolved into Sylveon and the 2 I got through Wonder Trade before I stopped I have 8 and can have my own Strike Force Eon.

Also read up on that Bad Egg thing, it's not a result of hackers.  It's a very rare glitch in the game and has been there since release.

Good to know... I hope Nintendo can find a way to fix this. Not as bad as the Missingno glitch (god why did I catch it back in the day? (funny it turned into a Pidgeot for some reason)) but still pretty bad.

Mine has a Serious Nature.  Serious Mewtwo is Serious.  He also is mischevious.  So far, after one massage, one berry shake, lots of pets, Puffs, and playtime, his affection level is at four.  He went from wanting to kill me in my sleep to one-level-away-from-forever love.

Oh, he doesn't like having his head pet.  Stick to belly rubs.  Mewtwo likes those.

I caught Mewtwo (love the little cutscene when you're about to fight him), but he has a Calm nature which I don't think is a perfect nature for him (and capable of taking hits).

What nature is perfect for Mewtwo?


Though it seems like my Mewtwo has "outstanding potential overall" with 151 to 186 IV in total and all but it's Sp. Def is amazing... does that mean his IV for all of this other stat is 31 while his Sp. Def is shafted?

If you want to get a jump on raising his affection level, though, getting him massaged and a berry shake worked well.
