Title: Can Capcom bring the zx series back?

I might come out as an idiot for this but i've been wondering for a while. Can't Capcom bring back the ZX series back? Am sure there were fans out there that asked Capcom that but am not sure what Capcom said, I know that it's been a decade since ZX adent but still fans been asking for it to be back, can anyone tell me why Capcom didn't bring back the ZX series.
