Title: Remapping a control pad for RosenkreuzStilette

Uh, it keeps crashing every time I go into options. Apparently it's a compatibility issue with XP, based on what I was able to find on Google. I really hate having my jump & shoot not where they go. We're talking shooting with X & jumping with Y, on a 6-button Genesis Sega Saturn kind of layout. That's just unplayable IMO. Anybody got anything to ameliorate my conundrum?

i've never had a problem mapping controls, and i use XP.

It works fine with my Logitech. o.o;

You can download Joy2Key (http://www.electracode.com/4/joy2key/JoyToKey%20English%20Version.htm) and then assign your buttons in there instead.
That way you don't have to go into the RKS options (because you said it crashes for you).

It won't let me press more than 1 button at a time. I have a copy of X7 that came with Joy2Key, & that works fine. What am I missing?

My RKS crashes all the time if I don't set my non unicode language to Japanese. Maybe you should try that.

You've got Japanese fonts installed, right? S'under the languages tab if you don't.
