How do I download ShiPainter?

So, I've downloaded the files, and I've tried to open "spainter.jar," except there's this message that pops up. "Invalid or corrupt jarfile" it says.

Help?

I think, since ShiPainter is a Java applet, that you require Java to run it. 

I haven't a clue since I only use PaintBBS on oekakis, and Photoshop for other things.

Yeah, I got the same thing right now. I want to use the oekaki so badly. :(

Plus, it seems to be faster for drawing than MSPaint.  -_-

Just click the html and it opens in your browser. In the downloaded version, you cannot save what you draw within the program, you have to screencap it.

I would say try Photoshop, PaintNET, GIMP, or SAI.
