YOU CAN MAKE BROLLY GROW EVEN BIGGER NOW.

I LIKE BROLLY BECAUSE  HIS POWER IS MAXIMUM....TIMES THREE!

Rumor has it the other hidden character is set to be Table.

Oh is that Vegeta's brother thing that appeared out of nowhere?

Yeah. As far as he goes, He's officially canon since he doesn't contradict anything in the original story lines. and was from Toriyama himself IIRC.

But Dragonball already has enough characters. And it's not like being dead prevents them from coming back or anything.

Wait, they're actually putting fan-made transformations in the games now?  This really looks like a Tenkaichi 4 if anything; if this is the case, I hope they don't do something stupid like take characters out that were in BT3, that would be kinda pointless.
Title: Re: Dragonball: Raging Blast

They pretty much needed a character that's a god tier for a boss. And this isn't SSJ3 Brolly, It's LEGENDARY SSJ3 brolly. The power difference between SSJ and LSSJ was already big enough as it is.

and they're still adding others. I don't have the full roster on hand, but Vegeta's father is playable. They probably try to use the most out of the licenses, the way they did with the fusions in Budokai 2.  I just hope they keep in the JP dub like Burst limit did.

Is Yajirobi playable? I liked Yajirobi.

That and the AF thing that's going on. AND the Budokai series are longer than that, technically this would make it Tenkaichi 15. But who's to blame, the fighters have been going on for awhile now since the SNES days. :\

I don't have the full roster on hand, but Vegeta's father is playable.

Oh joy, now let's see if they try to make Piccolo's Driving Teacher fully playable. I felt that BL had some of the fighters felt incomplete, most likely there to please the fans anyway, I thought having two seprate Vegetas and three seperate Gokus were rather pointless to me, just to fill the roster.

That's what's going on again actually. There's more than 70 PLAYABLE characters, but not 70 actual show franchise characters. Like

Goku (Early) (Base)
Goku (Mid) (Base, Super Saiyan)
Goku (End) (Base, Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, Vegito (Base, Super Saiyan)
Kid Gohan
Teen Gohan (Base, Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2)
Gohan (Base, Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, Great Saiyaman)
Ultimate Gohan
Goten (Base, Super Saiyan, Gotenks (Base, Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 3))
Piccolo
Vegeta (Scouter) (Base)
Vegeta (Base, Super Saiyan, Ascended Super Saiyan)
Vegeta (End) (Base, Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, Vegito (Base, Super Saiyan)
Majin Vegeta
Krillin
Tien
Chiaotzu
Yamcha
Frieza (1st Form, 2nd Form, 3rd Form, Final Form, 100% Full Power,)
Cell (Imperfect, Semi-Perfect, Perfect, Super Perfect)
Trunks (Sword) (Base, Super Saiyan)
Trunks (Base, Super Saiyan, Ultra Super Saiyan)
Kid Trunks (Base, Super Saiyan, Gotenks (Base, Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 3)
Android 16
Android 17
Android 18
Kid Buu
Super Buu (Base, Gotenks absorbed, Gohan absorbed)
Fat Buu
Raditz
Nappa
Captain Ginyu
Broly (Legendary Super Saiyan)

I can understand characters like original Trunks who has 2 different styles, sword and normal, but they other could have just had the transformation combined the way Freeza and Cell do. The Saiyan characters in the past games are always broken as [tornado fang]. At least combining the forms would limit them spamming attacks due to Ki usage just transforming.

Again, BT3

My opinion is that if they're going to make a new game, they need the milk the series dry of every fighter that's in it, as well as using some artistic liberty in creating original forms.  Seeing as this looks like nothing more than BT4 with updated graphics, I'd be pretty upset if characters got dropped.  To be fair, we still haven't seen Super Goku in any game yet.

Well, counting joke characters like Hercule, Master Roshi and maybe Babadi (was playable at some point), yea.

I played the SNES titles emulaited (including the RPGs), and considered how much has changed since then. The PS1 title was my first non-emu when I was around 8, and introduced to Metal Slug at the same time time.

I might not be suprised when they decide to re-add Pan again. I mean it happened at least three times, right?

Yeah, but now he's considered a joke character in fighters. Well, most fighters did play identical aside from viewable stat diffrences of course.

A new DBZ movie they just released a couple years ago.  Tarble shows up on Earth and asks him and Goku for help resolving some situation I can't remember off the top of my head, since he isn't much of a fighter (no wonder Vegeta never kept in touch with him).

Not a movie, just  anniversary ONA special that takes place after Z, but before the final time skip.

Part-1 subbed. (you can find the rest via the links
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1H0lDlS1mpw&feature=related

background for him is his father sent him to a far away planet because he was both incredible weak, and unlike every other saiyan, had no urge for fighting or the like.

Doesn't explain why he's still a kid though. Especially considering King Vegeta was like [tornado fang]ing 7+ feet tall. Supports me theory he banged lolis.

If Broly is in this game and all of the other non-canon characters from the specials and Dragon Ball GT, then why wouldn't Tarble be in it? The difference being, of course, that Tarble is canon and the characters from Dragon Ball GT and the specials are annoying.

I always thought SSJ3 looked retarded in general.

That said, I would not be opposed to a SSJ3 Nappa.

Shiny golden mustache with a beard as long as his body?

Vegeta looks so wrong without eyebrows.

Somehow, I had never noticed the lack of eyebrows in ssj3 o_o

SSJ1: His mustache turns gold.
SSJ2: It spikes up halfway, not unlike Waluigi.
SSJ3: Long as his body, if not more

Who says Nappa has to be dead anyway? There's a whole storyline where Raditz becomes a good guy, Cell absorbs Krillin, and Bardock beats Frieza.

You just named three different storylines from the three budokai tenkaichi games 8D!
And id like to see a SS Nappa, and a more beefed up volcanic explosion thing!

It's not dubbed, but it's easy enough to follow.

Vegeta's brother is lame and should die... and yet, he's STILL stronger than Raditz!

Yea about that, I don't Japanese voices for shows I'm used to in English. Otherwise I'd've seen Gaiden by now.

Then you may never see it, since it's inconsequential enough to the series that it's just not worth dubbing.

Really, either suck it up and watch it as it is or don't bother.

I'm watching you -_-

Anyway, DBZ is pretty much Japan's version of Star Wars if you think about it: both were big hits in their respective countries, producing several movies and shows based off of it, they have quite a few games, and to this day are being whored out by the owners. The major difference is Star Wars has George Lucas yaking the tit while the companies and head honchos are pulling instead of Toriyama.

So not only is there a SS3 Broly in this game, but a SS3 Vegeta too. I applaud the game for putting in such What Ifs. Now if it could get Tienchu and all the others, then I might consider picking this up.

The demo for this game is out for 360/PS3.  I had a chance to play it.  It's pretty good.  The controls are okay, even though I prefer the Wii ones.  The main issue I had with the controls was having to spin the LS around for recovery.

The RT bring up the Transformation menu, and you just press a button.
