Hmm, saw screenshots of the gameplay. This game could either be a very interesting cross-over RPG or go horribly wrong, much like the incredibly awkward Namco X Capcom.

I feel awfully ambivalent to this; I do wish this could come to America (or at least Canada), though the inclusion of Japanese exclusive characters like that Valkyria Chronicles 3 dude - which by the way, WHERE IS MY ENGLISH VC3, SEGA!? - might restrict that possibility. Looking forward to how this game plays like though.
