New official opinion: This game is gonna be weird. I never did get the style of humor in Cromartie High. 
Yeah, this game is going to be weird.
But Cromartie High was always enjoyable in my opinion, after all, it's basically an outright parody of the whole "Yankii" (Japanese deliquents from the old school, with funky hairstyles like pompadours).
For a guy like myself, who loves Kunio-kun, Cromartie was something great to see, during a time when most current anime/manga can barely hold my interest.
