No, I'm not talking about another movie. I'm talking about actual episodes on TV. For the first time since 2003, brand new episodes will air starting June 24, 2010, on Comedy Central. Fans of the show have been begging for this for years, which is what spawned the movies. It was a bittersweet compromise, but the fans were happy to have something. Now, their prayers have been answered.
Personally, I loved this show and I was very upset when it was canceled. Family Guy returned before Futurama--twice! Futurama was a much better show than Family guy too. Oh, well. It's back now and I hope that everyone actually watches it, so it stays on the air. Yeah, I'm looking at YOU.

Unfortunately, Comedy Central will not look at pirate downloads as a means of keeping a show on their network. If people aren't watching it on their network, they'll cancel it.

How much seasons can we expect?
On June 10, 2009, Fox announced that up to 26 new episodes will be produced for Comedy Central.
David X. Cohen has stated that the first 13 episodes may air during 2010 as Season 6, and the remaining 13 episodes may air during 2011 as Season 7.

I can swear this was on regular TV at some point. Because Ive never had cable, and I've watched it once or twice.

We have Comedy Network, but as I far as I know, they've never run Futurama on that channel.

In that case, I have no idea. Canada has most of the US's programming, so I just assumed that Canada had Comedy Central. Comedy Network and Comedy Central are probably different channels. As far as I can tell, it's only going to be on Comedy Central.

Obviously I didn't see them all. I saw the one where Fry gets a time code on his butt and the Dungeons and Dragons one. According to Wiki, there were two others that I haven't seen yet.

I'll give you that, except I thought the first one was really good. It actually felt like a big story, a good one too. Whereas all the other ones didn't have that movie feel. They were just a handful of episodes that melded together.

Bender's Game was excellent.
That felt like a Futurama episode through and through.

^This. My favorite. Bender's Big Score felt like they needed to get it out, Beast With a Billion Backs was weird, and Into the Wild Green Yonder was pretty funny. But Bender's Game, with all it's nerd references was by far the best. That's why it's on my computer.

This is the best... year... ever. Also, I turn 21 sooo.... Even better? I blame my brother. He's said his 23rd year would be his best year ever, and lately everything's turning around for everyone. And from him, through me, this law of attraction is affecting us all. So you're welcome for such an awesome year! /ego

I consider myself to be a fan of Futurama, I'm already prepping my TiVo just in case I somehow forget the premiere.
Owning all 4 Seasons is nice too, I don't have all 4 movies though, just the last one... and that and Bender's Big Score are the only ones I've seen. It would help if I could find the movies anywhere, but Wal-Mart are a bunch of idiots when it comes to stocking DVD's.... only putting the newest [parasitic bomb] out.

First two eps were leaked already. The premiere is hilarious. Didn't watch the second on purpose. I'll watch them both tonight. :D

Well the series was cancelled back in 2003, which would be 7 years ago. Sure, Comedy Central aired the movies in four-episode blocks, but the last true Futurama episode was 7 years ago.
By comparison, it was only 3 years between the cancellation of Family Guy and it's return.
