Original / Mega Man Legacy Collection 2

I recall a very lukewarm reception to the original Legacy Collection due to a general lack of interest from the hardcore fans. Personally, I didn't really care because I didn't need any of those games that were all fairly popular and reasonably easy to get ahold of on their own. But the Legacy Collection 2 offers more of an incentive; retail versions of Mega Man 9 and 10 (I'm a sucker for physical media). Additionally, one game I never picked up at the time that I'm kicking myself over is the Saturn version of Mega Man 8. If that's included, that would sweeten the deal exponentially.
Furthermore, with the comments on Facebook, I'm seeing a lot of people clamoring for the Super Nintendo version of Mega Man & Bass, again that would be another exclusive that will pique the interest of the longtime fan. In addition, people are talking about the arcade games and Battle & Chase and whatnot.
I'll be interested to see what becomes of this. If it's just released as is with four games, that'd be acceptable, if a little meager. But I hope there's a little bit more added.

I don't think there's ever been so many console variants as with the original Nintendo Entertainment System, which includes the numerous cheap-o clone consoles. Though it's not surprising considering how unreliable the original model was known to be.
For me, the redesigned top loader has worked the best for me and is my go-to system for playing games without a fuss. I know it's sacrilege, but I also prefer the look to the toaster.

How come Mega Man doesn't copy their weapon? Was he just not feeling it?
Their conversation shows that they were the originals (possibly broken out of the robot museum), so there's no reason that he couldn't. But I guess it's Mega Man's choice (technically, I guess there just wasn't a place for it in the game).

Just wondering: would the Sega Saturn version of Mega Man 8 be uncanon because the other version was featured in the Anniversary Collection? I'm confused because in Mega Man 7, they were advertizing Cut Man's return, and even showed where he and Wood Man potentially broke out of the Robot Museum.

Original / Confusion Involving the Mega Man of the Future

It has been stated that Quint is what is to become of Mega Man in 30-something years (after being kidnapped and remodled by Wily). Now, Mega Man faces himself in Mega Man II for the Game Boy, and wins (if you can consider killing yourself winning). Now, I may not be an expert on the subject, but if you kill yourself from the future, won't that create some problems? How is Rock still alive after that anyways?

As for me, yesterday was the first day I wore my 'Mega Man 9' shirt to school, and the reaction was pretty funny.
