Okay *whew* I'd also like to thank Borockman and Skulltan again for the great drawings of me they posted in my old thread~ (I don't have the links so unfortunatly I can't repost them at the moment u.u)

Anyway, getting back into the swing of things nya, I have a new drawing tonight ^^ It's not cosplay though, I decided to draw a really good friend of mines character from PSOBB:

Nya this is the most detailed one I've done so far, but it was such a joy to do cause the outfit is so cute~ Also it's my first full body one so yay ^o^

Some things (well lots) aren't very well done but overall I'm pretty happy with it, though I wish I could have drawn the "False Dawn" better ^^;

Anyway I hope everyone likes it! ^^

And thanks Quickie, but even looking and observing hands jus doesn't seem to help when I actually try to draw them, I think it jus comes down to luck if it works out okay.

Anyway it's true that the anatomy isn't the best but it is your style of doing it and that's why I like it. Art is to express ideas in a way to let the audience see inside the head of the artist.

Just relax and draw want you feel. A very interesting and odd quote, I must add, that my English teacher says is "To encourage failure" for students in my College. What he's saying is "don't be afraid to make mistakes" just do it and learn from it. You'll get better.

Though I prefer your current style... best defines you Cephi. :)

The big-head style, if that's the style you like to work with, is perfectly fine, as it's your unique style. Hell, the style that influenced me the most is Disney. =/ Body proportions you've gotten pretty well. You know how to form the torso, shoulders, and hips. The length of the legs and arms are decent too, in proportion to the torso. The hands, however, seemed a bit tiny.

Hands and feet, though, are difficult to draw and size. For foot size, though, here's a trick I learned:

Your foot is the same size as your forearm, from elbow to wrist. When drawing feet, matching the shoe size to the forearm size will help. Also, your hand is roughly three-quarters of that length, and your middle finger is as long as your hand is wide.

Another trick I learned is when drawing the basic structure of a foot, draw a floppy figure-8. This will help determine arch and curve of the foot.

Torso proportion and structure I think you have pretty well figured out. And from what I can tell, you have an idea on how fabric lays on and reacts with the body. Honestly, you do not suck. You have potential, it just needs some refining. So, keep on drawing. ^^

The only problem I saw was that hands were small and the upper leg was short. Then again, I suck at anatomy too.

Be like me and only try a little bit at a time. If you work too much it becomes a chore.

I know she was asking for it, but this is one of those times when you've got to say that they don't suck.

As long as effort is put into something, it doesn't suck. Saying so will only discourage them in the future if their thinking they suck didn't do so already.

I looked through your work Cephi, but you're improving even if you don't notice it.

I use photoshops animation feature. As for the frames, I jus take one, put a layer overtop and draw slightly different and then erase the bottom. There is probably an easier way and I'm jus over-complicating it x3

Auto Command makes me feel kinda lazy, it makes so much happen and I find myself like this in most battles jus clicking O over and over. I have to switch the characters "roles" sometimes (L1) but that's pretty much it. Maybe thats why I like this game so much x3

I realise you can jus keep clicking attack in most RPGs like this to get through most battles, but considering auto command will pick the best attacks/magic/etc for each situation (and current role) you really don't do much. You CAN choose things manually (only for 1 character though) but... the game is probably better at picking them out >w<

I'm not complaining though, I love the game, I jus thought it would make a funny drawing and give me an excuse to keep drawing more nya~

It does feel a lot like that actually x3 It's set up pretty well and even the two game controlled party members do mostly the right things at the right times. The only thing I'd want to change is how the Enhancer role works, especially once a person gets a lot of protect buffs. They stop casting Haste first thing and will do a few protes/shell/bar-element/in-element spells first, but if they casted haste on themselves right away the rest would go a lot quicker. I can understand if we were like, in dire need of those buffs but most of the time that's not the case o.o

Yeah I suck at hands, and yeah I know about the end of the staff but it looks weird when there is so much going on in the back. So the hair plus the skirt and I dunno. It's why I didn't add her tail ^^;

1) Face, it + ears are slightly out of alignment. You can easily avoid that by using guidelines tho~
2) Try to pay careful attention to the balance and shape of the female body. It comes down really thin and then moves out to large hips. The back arches forward a bit to help keep the balance, it would arch more to keep giant boobs up as well.
3) The forearm has a rounded tear-drop shape.
4) Hands are generally the size of your chin to forehead. I think. Well, either way, they're bigger.

Lastly, how do you draw/line your works? Your hand seems shaky =O

Usually? Most of the time I jus draw without a sketch or guide. Other times I draw a sketchy version and opaque the layer and redraw over top (this is rare though). And yeah, I have really shaky hands... I-I'm jus not an artist ^^;
